Opening a training facility has been a long time dream of ours. With the Athletic Grind, we hope to open so many more doors of opportunity for Northern Colorado and surrounding area athletes to sharpen their edges and help them find a place to continue their athletic careers by creating a unique training environment focusing on small groups.
