Position: Fall & Summer Program Head Coach

We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven coaches to help lead and grow our high school fall and youth/HS summer baseball programming. This role will work closely with the Director of Operations to identify, scout and recruit local high school players while helping build a competitive, development-focused program rooted in strong culture & accountability.

This coach will play a major role in all aspects of the program, including player recruitment, team culture, offseason development, practice planning and in-game leadership. the ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships with players and families, developing athletes on and off the field, and helping create a high level baseball environment.

    • Work alongside the Director of Operations to scout, identify and recruit local high school baseball players

    • Help build and lead fall and summer team programming

    • Create and maintain strong team culture built on effort, accountability and player development

    • Assist with offseason training plans and player development pathways

    • Organize and lead efficient, purposeful team practices

    • Manage games and provide steady leadership during competition

    • Communicate effectively with players, families and staff

    • Support the overall vision and growth of the program

  • This role also provides the opportunity to coach private lessons and small group training sessions through the Athletic Grind facility for additional income.
