Position: Fall & Summer Program Head Coach

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven coach to help lead and grow our high school fall and summer baseball programming. This role will work closely with the Director of Operations to identify, scout and recruit local high school players while helping build a competitive, development-focused program rooted in strong culture & accountability.

This coach will play a major role in all aspects of the program, including player recruitment, team culture, offseason development, practice planning and in-game leadership. the ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships with players and families, developing athletes on and off the field, and helping create a high level baseball environment.

    • Work alongside the Director of Operations to scout, identify and recruit local high school baseball players

    • Help build and lead fall and summer team programming

    • Create and maintain strong team culture built on effort, accountability and player development

    • Assist with offseason training plans and player development pathways

    • Organize and lead efficient, purposeful team practices

    • Manage games and provide steady leadership during competition

    • Communicate effectively with players, families and staff

    • Support the overall vision and growth of the program

  • This role also provides the opportunity to coach private lessons and small group training sessions through the Athletic Grind facility for additional income.
