The off-season work shows up now.
Train with intent. Compete with confidence.

What training looks like here

We don’t run open cages and hope for the best.

Athletes train in an environment where they’re coached, corrected, and challenged — with access to tools and feedback that actually help them improve.

Membership training includes:

  • Cage and facility access

  • Small group drop-in training

  • Position-specific development

  • Weekly training structure

  • Saturday live bullpens

  • Integrated technology and feedback

  • Mental performance support

Athletes are expected to work.
Coaches are present to guide them.

Technology that supports development

We use technology to give athletes feedback they can actually apply.

Not as a gimmick.
Not as an add-on.
As part of training.

Athletes at The Grind have access to:

  • Rapsodo Pro 2.0 pitch and hitting data

  • Blast Motion swing feedback

  • AI swing analysis tools

  • VR pitch recognition training

  • Velocity tracking

The goal isn’t just numbers — it’s understanding how to improve

Grind Memberships

Grind members are athletes who want consistent access to the work — not just occasional reps.

Membership includes:

  • access to the facility for individual work

  • use of available training technology

  • small group drop-in opportunities

  • Saturday live bullpen access

  • member pricing on lessons and clinics

  • connection to the development environment

Members are expected to train with purpose and respect the space.

This is a place where athletes show up ready to work, support their teammates, and get better over time.

Private Instruction

Founder & Lead Instructor

Lewis works with athletes across all positions, with a specialty in catching and high school development.

His focus is building confident, prepared competitors through consistent work, honest feedback, and a development-first approach.

Athletes train individually or in small groups where they’re coached, corrected, and challenged — not left to figure it out alone.

Mental Performance Coaching

Confidence and composure don’t just show up on game day.
They’re trained.

Mental performance coaching is available for athletes who want to strengthen confidence, focus, and composure in competition.

Sessions are practical and performance-based, helping athletes learn how to handle pressure, respond to failure, and compete with freedom.

Available as individual or small group training for baseball and softball athletes.
